As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects in alignment with company goals and client expectations. You will have a critical role between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and validation of project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, enabling them to understand the technical aspects of projects while managing timelines and deliverables effectively.

Now, we are looking for a full-time job  Middle/ Senior Project Manager to join our team for a long-term cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee software development projects from initiation to completion.
• Communicate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any challenges promptly.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project management tasks, including tracking progress, managing tasks, and coordinating team workflows.
• Implement best practices for project management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement

Critical requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects, specifically in software development.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and practices.
• Be ready to work within the Pacific time zone.
• Proven experience in effectively communicating with stakeholders and validating project expectations.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for project planning and management.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in software engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Experience with various software development tools and technologies.

 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
