Now we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing technical and the engineering profiles;
• Conduting HR calls, providing feedbacks and scheduling technical interviews;
• Supporting the candidates during all the process of relocation from Philippines to Europe. 
• Fulfiling and tracking all the data using internal database;
• Finalizing hiring process with job offers;
• Account management for clients.

 

Required requirements:

 

•  2+ years’ experience working as an IT recruiter (ideally have experience in the recruitment agency);
• In-depth knowledge of IT sphere, technologies and specialists.
• Have proven experience with relocating engineers to another countries. 
• Willingness to work with different type of IT positions;
• Candidates searching experience (Linkedin, GitHub, Twitter, etc.);
• Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, providing feedbacks;
• Experience with recruitment databases;
• Good command of English (constant communication with clients from the KSA and EU).
• Be based in Manila, Philippines.
