Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN and WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related hardware.

• Manage and monitor network performance to ensure reliability and availability.

• Configure and maintain network security systems, including firewall rules and access controls.

• Support and manage Cisco-based networking environments, including SD-WAN implementations.

• Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades.

• Utilize network troubleshooting tools to identify and resolve connectivity issues.

• Document network configurations, procedures, and changes.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure and security initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• CCNA certification or equivalent (required).

• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting tools.

• Proven experience with Cisco technologies, SD-WAN, and network switches.

• Strong understanding of network monitoring systems and protocols.

• Experience in configuring and maintaining firewalls.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP) is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud networking environments is an advantage.
