As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a key figure in enhancing team efficiency and quality, cultivating an atmosphere that drives innovation and strengthens team engagement. Your leadership will promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, enabling teams to improve and evolve consistently. By fostering collaboration and aligning with Agile principles, you will empower teams to perform at their best and consistently deliver outstanding results.

Now, we are looking for Scrum Master to join our team at Cairo office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile implementations, ensuring effective application of SAFe and Scrum principles.
• Establish a collaborative, self-organizing team environment to drive high performance and achieve team goals efficiently.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders in Agile methodologies to foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives to enhance collaboration and communication.
• Address and resolve conflicts or impediments, ensuring smooth team progress.
• Ensure transparency and alignment between the development team and stakeholders, maintaining clarity on priorities.
• Implement Agile metrics and reporting to provide insights for informed decision-making and improved performance.
• Identify process enhancement opportunities, introduce improvements, and assess their impact on productivity and outcomes.
• Effectively engage with external vendors and align deliverables as needed.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to align outcomes and support RFP processes for vendor sourcing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner with a track record of leading successful teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certifications such as CSM or SAFe are preferred.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong coordination with product managers to maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
• Skilled in shielding teams from distractions to ensure focus and efficiency.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams, driving the adoption of Agile practices.
• Experience in facilitating retrospectives to identify improvement areas.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and adaptability in communication styles.
• Expertise in change management and overcoming resistance while emphasizing benefits.
• Capability to monitor team health and maturity, empowering teams to own their work.
• Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders such as product managers and architects.
• Proactive in identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in Agile tools like ADO, Jira, and Miro for tracking and collaboration.
