Project: operating one of the largest soft drink operations in Egypt, the client is a strategic bottling partner and the exclusive producer and distributor of a globally recognized beverage brand worldwide.
 
The Client is seeking Senior Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions, utilizing the enterprise architecture integration framework.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement software solutions to integrate applications and systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define integration needs and create appropriate solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues effectively.
• Keep up with the latest integration technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure optimal use of the integration framework.
• Provide guidance on architectural design methodologies, definitions, and best practices to architects, Business Process Leaders, and operational teams.
• Ensure the accurate tagging and review of related Epics, Features, and User Stories, including associated efforts.

 

Required requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on integrations.
• Solid understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, API-M, oDATA, SOAP, Event-Driven Integrations, JMS, iDOCs, and RFC.
• Familiarity with at least one integration platform (e.g., Google Apigee, MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy).
• Strong understanding of business processes and application needs.
• Experience with frameworks like SAFe is advantageous.
• Familiarity with work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNOW is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capable of explaining complex and abstract concepts in a clear and structured way.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
• Candidate MUST be based in Cairo, Egypt and ready to work from the office.
